With over 20 years Finance and Accounting experience in both the service and industrial sector, Emmanuel specialises in Financial Management, Risk Management, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Analytics, Public Sector Financing, Healthcare Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing, Business cases and Consultancy, Tenders etc. Emmanuel is an entrepreneur and has experience in a whole range of businesses in e-commerce, Retail, Import and Exports, Construction etc.

Dr Peter Djabang is a chartered accountant with a strong background from working for chartered accountants’ firms and industry in East Yorkshire for 15 years. Focus mainly in accountancy and tax matters for Sole Proprietors, Partnership and Companies. Also experienced in charitable organisation accounts and provision of accounting and finance education in the area of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation and corporate finance.

Dr Rexford Attah-Boakye is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA), with other professional qualifications including Certified Quantitative Risk Management. Rexford has over 15 years industry experience in banking and finance, accounting and financial reporting, auditing, taxation, risk management, business continuity planning, crisis management, budgeting, liquidity and cashflow management, mergers and acquisitions, small and medium scale business financing, accounting information systems, big data analytics, Accounting decision support systems artificial intelligence, blockchain etc.
